Mark Ulishney, CPA & Partner, brings to the table nearly 40 years of experience in public accounting. His primary focus is family-owned businesses, and he is very involved in our Construction, Manufacturing, Real Estate Development, and Not-For-Profit industry groups and has performed work for companies in several other industries. With close attention to detail, using a hands-on approach, he has been directly involved in all areas of tax and accounting for small, medium, and large businesses. He has supervised hundreds of audit and review engagements and prepared and reviewed all types of small business and individual tax returns.

He has completed and prepared many cost segregations reports and business valuations.  Mark has assisted in numerous litigation support engagements by performing extensive financial accounting analysis and has testified in that capacity.  He has also performed several fraud analysis reports leading to the recovery of lost funds and prosecution of those committing the fraud.

Mark has been published on tax matters in Impact Magazine, published by the Westmoreland County Chamber of Commerce, and is a contributor to the Insights section of Smart Business Magazine.  Additionally, he has prepared and presented at various seminars on a variety of tax and accounting topics for other certified public accountants and small business owners.  Mark is a member of the AICPA and the PICPA.

Mark is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of St. Vincent College with a B.S. in Accounting and a minor in Finance.  He has served on many boards of directors, including the not-for-profit, Catalyst Connection.  Mark and his wife reside in Greensburg where they raised their five children, the eldest of whom is an ordained priest. 

Mark is steadfast in his involvement within his community and has served his church in many capacities, including Church Council, Adult and Youth Ministries, and Men’s Fellowship Group.  Throughout the years, he has coached midget football, baseball, softball, basketball, and soccer.nearly
